[cze][eng] Téma této bakalářské práce Stres u generace Z jsem si vybrala z několika důvodů. Prvním z nich je vlastní zkušenost, protože se se stresem setkávám velmi často několik let. Dalším důvodem je názor a pohled na stres u osob, kteří patří do generace Z. Zajímalo mě, jak stres vnímají, jak na něj nahlíží a jak s ním pracují. V této práci byly stanovy hlavní cíle a několik dílčích cílů. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jaké jsou nejčastější stresové situace a co ovlivňuje podle generace Z prožívá stresu. Dílčí cíle mají zjistit, jak generace Z nahlíží na stres a jaké jsou copingové strategie při zvládání stresu. Tato práce se rozděluje na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce se zabývá především základními pojmy jako stres, formy stresu, copingové strategie a generací Z. V praktické části byly vymezeny výzkumné otázky, které se zabývají tím, jaké jsou nejčastější stresové situace podle generace Z, co ovlivňuje prožívání stresu podle generace Z, jaké zná generace Z copingové strategie a jaké formy stresu se objevují u generace Z. Bakalářská práce byla zpracována kvalitativní výzkumnou strategií. Metodou výzkumu bylo dotazování a technikou polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Výzkumný soubor byl získán pomocí metody sněhové koule. Data byla zpracována pomocí otevřeného kódování. Ze získaných dat bylo zjištěno, jak generace Z vnímá stres, faktory ovlivňující generaci Z, projevy stresu, využívané copingové strategie a znalost forem stresu. Přínosem bakalářské práce Stres u generace Z může být objasnění ve společnosti, že stres se v dnešní době objevuje i u mladší generace. Dále nám bakalářská práce pomůže zjistit, jak generace Z vnímá stres.I chose the topic of this bachelor thesis Stress in Generation Z for several reasons. The first one is my own experience, because I have been dealing with stress very often for several years. Another reason is the opinion and perspective on stress among people who belong to Generation Z. I was interested in how they perceive stress, how they view it and how they work with it. In this thesis, the main objectives and several sub-objectives were set out. The main aim of the thesis was to find out what the most common stressful situations are and what influences the stress experienced by Generation Z. The sub-objectives are to find out how Generation Z views stress and what are the coping strategies in dealing with stress. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the thesis deals mainly with basic concepts such as stress, forms of stress, coping strategies, psychotherapy, and Generation Z. In the practical part, research questions have been defined that deal with what are the most common stressful situations according to Generation Z, what influences the experience of stress according to Generation Z, what coping strategies Generation Z knows and what forms of stress occur in Generation Z. The bachelor thesis was developed through a qualitative research strategy. The research method was a questionnaire survey and the technique was a semi-structured interview. The research population was obtained using snowball sampling method. Data were processed using open coding. From the data obtained, it was found out how Generation Z perceives stress, factors affecting Generation Z, manifestations of stress, coping strategies used and knowledge of forms of stress. The contribution of the Bachelor's thesis Stress in Generation Z can be the clarification in the society that stress is nowadays also found in the younger generation. Furthermore, the bachelor thesis will help us to find out how Generation Z perceives stress.
