[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma vlivu koronakrize na terénní sociální služby, přičemž jsou zde zkoumány konkrétní oblasti, ve kterých byly sociální služby omezeny. V první teoretické části práce je charakterizována terénní sociální práce včetně jejích výhod, nevýhod a cílů. Dále jsou zde specifikovány a popsány cílové skupiny, na které se tato forma sociální práce zaměřuje. V bakalářské práci jsou rovněž popsány všechny sociální služby, které lze terénní formou poskytovat, ať už se jedná o služby sociální prevence či služby sociální péče. Ve druhé teoretické části jsou charakterizovány pojmy epidemie a pandemie a dále je zde proveden stručný historický nástin pandemií ve světě. V samotném závěru teoretické části práce je pak charakterizován koronavirus a popsána jím způsobená pandemie. Pro výzkumnou část práce byla zvolena kvalitativní výzkumná strategie, a to metoda dotazování. Na základě předem stanoveného tématu byly následně vypracovány otázky pro rozhovory. Cílem výzkumu této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jak pandemie koronaviru ovlivnila terénní sociální služby. Na základě odpovědí dotázaných sociálních pracovníků bylo stanoveno celkem 10 kategorií, ve kterých byly terénní sociální služby koronavirovou pandemií ovlivněny. Sociální pracovníci se museli vypořádat se ztíženými pracovními podmínkami a kvůli nově vzniklým problémům museli omezovat poskytované služby, učit se nové postupy práce a čelit zvýšenému stresu. Pandemie rovněž zasáhla i osobní život sociálních pracovníků a měla negativní vliv i na klienty terénních sociálních služeb. Výsledky této práce by mohly být v praxi užitečné zejména jako náhled na problémy, kterým museli sociální pracovníci čelit, a také pro přijetí účinných opatření, která by v případě nově vzniklé krizové situace pomáhala sociálním pracovníkům situaci zvládat s větší připraveností. The bachelor's thesis examines the impact of the coronavirus crisis on field social services, looking into the specific areas where the provision of social services was limited. The first, theoretical part of the thesis depicts the field social services, including their advantages, disadvantages and goals. Furthermore, target groups, along with definition of what this form of social work is focused on, are specified in this part. This bachelor's thesis also includes the description of all field social services that can be provided, including prevention in social care and social work. The second, theoretical part examines the terms "epidemic" and "pandemic", including the brief history of global pandemics. The conclusion of the theoretical part contains the characteristic of the coronavirus and the description of the related pandemic. The research part was conducted by means of a qualitative research strategy, i.e. a survey. Based on the selected topic, survey questions were elaborated. The purpose of the research within this bachelor's thesis was to ascertain how the coronavirus pandemic affected field social services. Following the responses of the respondents - social workers, 10 categories where field social services were affected by the coronavirus pandemic were established. Social workers had to face difficult working conditions and, due to the newly-arising problems, they had to restrict the provision of services, learn new methods of work and face increased pressure. Moreover, the pandemic affected even the personal lives of the social workers and it also had an adverse impact on the clients of field social services. The outcomes of this thesis could be used in practice, especially to gain an insight into the issues the social workers had to face and also to allow the adoption of effective measures which, in a potential new crisis, could help the social workers handle the situation more readily.
