Bylo sledováno přežívání semenáčků dvou vybraných druhů Trifolium pratense a Achillea millefolium v různých narušeních na pastvině (krtiny, mraveniště, narušení od prasat, umělé gapy). Dále byl také sledován vliv odpadu, mechů, holé půdy, kamenů na počet semenáčků. Bylo porovanáváno druhové složení semenné banky a různých mikrostavišť. Druhové složení okolní vegetace bylo porvnáno s vegetací mikrostanovišť. Seedling survival of species Trifolium pratense and Achillea millefolium was observed in microsites, such as molehills, anthills, wild boar disturbances, and artificial gaps at a pasture. In this thesis, we observed the influence of vegetation, litter, mosses, stones, bare soil cover, moisture, and temperature on seedling survival. The species composition of the seed bank and standing vegetation in different microsites was compared. The species composition of the microsites was also compared to the surrounding vegetation.
