Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku stresu, výkon pracovníků, stres management, příčiny vzniku stresu, stresory způsobující stres a strategie, pomocí kterých je problém stresu řešen u pracovníků na Finančním úřadě. První kapitola teoretické části obsahuje obecné poznatky o stresu, druhy stresu a stresorů. Ve druhé kapitole je podrobněji přiblížen stres management, pojmy adaptace a coping. Dále je rozebrán pojem duševní hygiena a work-life balance. V další části je práce zaměřena na stres na pracovišti, jaké jsou zdroje pracovního stresu a problém workoholismu. V poslední kapitole teoretické části, je řešen problém pracovního výkonu, jeho řízení, hodnocení a do jaké výše může stres ovlivnit pracovní výkon jednotlivců. Empirická část slouží k ověření tvrzení, zda je stres a jeho ovlivňování pracovního výkonu skutečně problém v konkrétní organizaci. Informace byl sesbírány pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Cílem práce je zjistit, jestli jsou pracovníci Finančního úřadu ve stresu a zda stres ovlivňuje jejich pracovní výkon. Výsledkem práce je zpracovat návrhy řešení, jak odstranit či zmírnit vliv stresorů na pracovní výkon. This dissertation thesis deals with the problem of stres, work performance, stres management, the reasons for stress occurrence in the workers of the Tax Office. The first chapter of the theoretical part contains knowledge about strress, types of stres and stressors. In the following chapter possibillites of stres management, concept adaptation and coping. Next are exprored mental hygiena and work-life balance. In the third chapter, the thesis approaches workplace stres, sources of work stres a workaholist. It the last chapter includes work, controls and how much stress affect an individual´s work performance. The empirical part is there to hepl verify the statement whether stres affect work performance an issues in a specific organization. To collect data, a questionnaire-based research was used. The objective of the research was to find out whether the workers at the Tax Office are stressed and whether stres affects work performance at the Tax Office. The result of the thesis is to develop proposals for solutions to eliminate or mitigate the impact of stressors on work performance.
