Práce se zabývá organizováním a plánováním svateb. Cílem práce je zpracování business modelu s cílem nalézt na trhu příležitosti a konkurenční výhodu v oblasti plánování a managementu svateb. Výzkum je vypracován z odborných knih, zapůjčených v Akademické knihovně JU nebo vyhledaných v online katalozích na internetu, a částečně z článků. Při zakládání společnosti tohoto typu je potřeba zajistit pracovní síly s odpovídající kvalifikací, vytvořit majetkovou bázi, vytvoření skupiny vrcholového řízení podniku, vymezení dělby pravomoci a odpovědnosti, vytvoření adekvátní organizační struktury a kontroly. Důležité je nalézt své hrozby a přeměnit je v příležitostí, dále využít svých silných stránek pro zredukování těch slabých. Dále prozkoumat již existující tržní konkurenci a faktory ovlivňující trh. Z tohoto důvodu byly sestaveny analýzy SWOT, SLEPT a Porterův model pěti sil. Následovně byl sestaven business model, který představuje podnikatelský plán pro začínající organizaci, který hledá způsoby, jak zajistit dlouhodobou hodnotu pro organizaci a její zákazníky. The work deals with organizing and planning weddings. The aim of the thesis is to develop a business model with the aim of finding market opportunities and a competitive advantage in the field of wedding planning and management. The research is made from specialist books borrowed from the JU Academic Library or searched in online catalogs on the Internet, and partly from articles. When establishing a company of this type, it is necessary to secure a workforce with adequate qualifications, create an asset base, create a top management group of the company, define the division of authority and responsibility, create an adequate organizational structure and control. It is important to find your threats and turn them into opportunities, and to use your strengths to reduce your weaknesses. Furthermore, to examine the pre-existing market competition and the factors affecting the market. For this reason, SWOT, SLEPT and Porter's five forces analysis were compiled. Next, a business model was put together, which represents a business plan for a start-up organization that looks for ways to deliver long-term value to the organization and its customers.
