Tato diplomová práce se zabývá procesem zavádění manažerského účetnictví v podniku. Teoretická část se věnuje vztahu manažerského a finančního účetnictví a jejich hlavním odlišnostem, manažerskému účetnictví jako samotnému, konkrétně hlavní definici manažerského účetnictví, jeho vývoji, vztahu manažerského a nákladového účetnictví. Dále zahrnuje informace o procesu zavádění manažerského účetnictví a jeho nástrojů v podniku a rozebírá vybrané nástroje manažerského účetnictví. Praktická část je zaměřena na představení vybraného podniku z hlediska předmětu jeho činnosti a organizační struktury. Následně jsou rozebrány a zhodnoceny konkrétní nástroje manažerského účetnictví, které se ve vybraném podniku uplatňují. V závěru práce je uvedeno několik návrhů, které by mohli přispět ke zdokonalení manažerského účetnictví ve vybraném podniku a je navržen efektivní postup při zavádění manažerského účetnictví pro další podniky a jeho optimalizace. This master thesis deals with the process of introducing managerial accounting in the company. The theoretical part is devoted to the relationship between managerial and financial accounting and their main differences, managerial accounting as such, specifically the main definition of managerial accounting, its development, the relationship between managerial and cost accounting. It also includes information about the process of introducing management accounting and its tools in the company and analyses selected management accounting tools. The practical part is focused on the introduction of the selected company in terms of the subject of its activity and organizational structure. Subsequently, specific managerial accounting tools that are applied in the selected company are analysed and evaluated. At the end of the thesis, several improvements are presented that would contribute to the improvement of managerial accounting in the selected enterprise, and an effective procedure for introducing managerial accounting for other companies and its optimization is proposed.
