Cíle: Cílem této diplomové práce bylo porovnat podíl příčin náhlých srdečních zástav v závislosti na věku, zkoumat podíl kardiálních náhlých srdečních zástav v závislosti na pohlaví a analyzovat vliv věku na pravděpodobnost výskytu náhlých srdečních zástav v Pardubickém kraji v roce 2022. Metodika: Zvolena byla kvantitativní retrospektivní analýza dat z databáze Zdravotnické záchranné služby Pardubického kraje, p. o. za rok 2022. Hypotézy byly zpracovávány pomocí chí kvadrát testu nezávislosti s hladinou významnosti 0,05. Výsledky: Celkový počet náhlých zástav oběhu byl 323. Za sledované období došlo ke 220 náhlým zástavám oběhu u mužů a 103 náhlým zástavám oběhu u žen. U 163 pacientů došlo k náhlé zástavě oběhu z kardiální příčiny, u 14 pacientů došlo k náhlé zástavě oběhu z respirační příčiny, u 8 pacientů došlo k náhlé zástavě oběhu z důvodu úrazu, u 26 pacientů došlo k náhlé zástavě oběhu z jiné příčiny a u 112 pacientů byla příčina náhlé zástavy oběhu neznámá. Podíl kardiálních příčin se s rostoucím věkem zvyšoval. Od věkové skupiny 40-49 let se ustálily kardiální příčiny na 50% hranici. Je nutné dodat, že lze některé případy, vyhodnocené jako neznámé příčiny, pokládat za kardiální. Incidence měla v závislosti na věku tvar exponenciální křivky do věkové skupiny 80-89 let. Aim: The aim of the diploma thesis was to compare the proportion of causes of sudden cardiac arrests depending on age of the patient, to examine the proportion of sudden cardiac arrests depending on gender and to analyze the effect of age on the probability of occurrence of sudden cardiac arrests in Pardubice Region in 2022. Methodology: It was chosen to use a quantitative retrospective analysis of data from the database of the state - funded institution Emergency Medical Service of the Pardubice Region in 2022. Hypotheses were processed using the chi-square test of independence with a significance level of 0.05. Results: The total number of sudden cardiac arrests was 323. During the given period, there were 220 sudden cardiac arrests in men and 103 sudden cardiac arrests in women. There were 163 patients who had sudden circulatory arrest due to cardiac cause, 14 patients due to respiratory cause, 8 due to an injury, 26 experienced cardiac arrest due to other causes, and 112 patients whose cause of the sudden circulatory arrest was unknown. The proportion of cardiac causes increased with increasing age. From the age group of 40-49 years, cardiac causes have stabilized at 50 %.
