Název práce: Krizová komunikace. Cíle práce: Cílem práce je poukázat na významnost krizové komunikace, kterou vede Policie ČR jako jedna ze základních složek Integrovaného záchranného systému. Dále má diplomová práce za cíl objasnit, co znamená slovo "krizová komunikace" a její využití při vyjednávání s osobou demonstrující úmysl sebevraždy. Metody práce: Jedná se o práci teoretickou, tudíž bude použita metoda sběru dat z dostupné literatury, zákonů a vyhlášek, internetových zdrojů a především bude využito osobních zkušeností z praxe konzultanta a policejního vyjednavače Jiřího Basla. Výsledky práce: Vysvětlení pojmu krizová komunikace, krizového vyjednávání. Analýza policejního případu s osobou demonstrující úmysl sebevraždy a popis policejního vyjednávání v praxi. Title: Crisis Communication Objectives: To highlight the significance of the crisis communication, led by the Police of the Czech Republic as one of the fundamental components of the Integrated Rescue System. The second aim is to clarify what the definition "crisis communication" means and its use in negotiation with the person demonstrating suicidal intentions. Methods: Theoretical thesis, therefore, data will be collected from literature, laws, regulations and internet resources and the personal experience provided by the police negotiator Jiří Basl as well. Results: There was the crisis communication and the crisis negotiation defined.
