VÝCHODISKA: Úzkostná porucha je jednou z nejrozšířenějších duševních poruch současnosti, která zásadně ovlivňuje život postižených jedinců a jejich fungování nejen ve společnosti, ale ovlivňující také jejich produktivitu, mezilidské vztahy a zvládání každodenních běžných činností. Tato porucha, jež je charakterizovaná intenzivními a často neovladatelnými pocity paniky, úzkosti a často také neopodstatněného strachu, má vliv na mentální, emoční i fyzické zdraví. S narůstajícím povědomím o této problematice roste i poptávka po alternativních metodách léčby a zvládání těchto obtíží. Jednou z cest se stává sebemedikace pomocí kanabinoidů, což jsou látky obsažené v rostlině konopí, známé svými potenciálními terapeutickými účinky. CÍLE: Hlavním cílem této práce je zhodnocení účinků cannabinoidů na úzkostnou poruchu u konkrétních jedinců. Zmapování jejich motivace k využití této alternativní možnosti a současného stavu. METODY: Pro účely výzkumu bude využito rozhovoru se čtyřmi jedinci trpícími úzkostnou poruchou, jež alespoň jednou užili cannabinoidy za účelem zmírnění příznaků svého onemocnění. Získaná data budou zpracována do kazuistik. ZÁVĚR: Tato práce přináší možnost porozumění individuality účinků cannabinoidů na úzkostnou poruchu a úvod jejího vyhledávání při tomto druhu potíží. BACKGROUND: Anxiety disorder is one of the most widespread mental disorders today, fundamentally affecting the lives of affected individuals and their functioning not only in society, but also affecting their productivity, interpersonal relationships and coping with everyday activities. This disorder, which is characterised by intense and often uncontrollable feelings of panic, anxiety and often unjustified fear, affects mental, emotional and physical health. As awareness of this issue grows, so does the demand for alternative methods of treating and managing these difficulties. One way is self-medication with cannabinoids, which are substances contained in the cannabis plant known for their potential therapeutic effects. THE OBJECTIVES: The main aim of this work is to evaluate the effects of cannabinoids on anxiety disorder in specific individuals. Mapping their motivation to use this alternative option and current status. METHODS: For the purpose of the research, interviews will be used with four individuals suffering from anxiety disorder who have used cannabinoids at least once to alleviate the symptoms of their illness.
