Diplomová práce se zabývá supervizí jako nástrojem podpory a rozvoje zaměstnanců základních škol. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat proces implementace služby supervize na základní školy a zkoumat různé možnosti a formy jejího využití u zaměstnanců základních škol. Nejprve se práce zaměřuje na definici, cíle a funkce supervize. Dále zkoumá možné formy a využití supervize u zaměstnanců základních škol včetně její historie a aktuálního stavu využívání v českém školství a pozornost je věnována také specifikům supervize ve školním prostředí oproti jiným oborům. Dále práce popisuje proces implementace služby supervize na základní školy včetně přípravné fáze před implementací a zabývá se podmínkami a faktory, které podporují úspěšnou implementaci a rozvoj supervizní praxe. Práce obsahuje empirické šetření, jehož cílem je analyzovat proces implementace a rozvoj supervizní praxe na základních školách v Praze a Středočeském kraji z pohledu vedoucích pracovníků základních škol a z pohledu supervizorů realizujících supervizi na základních školách, s důrazem na identifikaci faktorů, které úspěšnou implementaci a udržitelný rozvoj supervizní praxe podporují, včetně subjektivně vnímaných přínosů, bariér a limitů supervize na základních školách. Dílčím cílem bylo analyzovat aktuální stav využívání supervize na... The thesis deals with supervision as a tool for support and development of primary school staff. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the process of implementation of supervision service in primary schools and to investigate different possibilities and forms of its use among primary school staff. First, the thesis focuses on the definition, objectives and functions of supervision. It then examines the possible forms and uses of supervision for primary school staff, including its history and current state of use in the Czech education system, and attention is also paid to the specifics of supervision in the school environment compared to other fields. Furthermore, the thesis describes the process of implementing supervision services in primary schools, including the preparatory phase before implementation, and discusses the conditions and factors that support the successful implementation and development of supervision practice.
