Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou prekoncepční přípravy u žen v reprodukčním věku a faktory, které ovlivňují plánované početí. Náš celkový zdravotní stav v prekoncepčním období má vliv na spontánní koncepci, průběh gravidity či vývoj plodu. Jelikož se ženy zaměřují především na zdravý životní styl během těhotenství, je žádoucí o prekoncepci zvýšit povědomí. Práce je koncipována jako teoreticko-praktická. V teoretické části jsou popsány oblasti, které byly Světovou zdravotnickou organizací (WHO) stanoveny v prekoncepčním období jako prioritní. Mezi tyto oblasti patří zdravá výživa, regulace tělesné hmotnosti, fyzická aktivita, plánované těhotenství a též fyzické, duševní a psychosociální zdraví. Jsou to zároveň stěžejní faktory určující celkové zdraví populace, v tomto případě je zde však kladen důraz na jejich souvislosti s reprodukčními schopnostmi ženy a spontánní koncepcí. Dále je v teoretické části zahrnuta i problematika endokrinních disruptorů a gynekologické fyzioterapie. V části praktické jsou zpracovány výsledky z anonymního dotazníkového šetření, které proběhlo v online prostředí. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, jak se ženy, které plánovaně otěhotněly, připravovaly na početí. Byly též stanoveny následující dílčí cíle: poukázat na oblasti prekoncepční přípravy, kterým se ženy... This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of preconception preparation in women of reproductive age and factors that influence planned conception. The health status of a woman in the preconception period has an impact on spontaneous conception, the course of pregnancy or fetal development. Since women are primarily focused on healthy lifestyles during pregnancy, it is desirable to address this topic more closely. The thesis is designed as a theoretical-practical one. The theoretical part describes the areas that have been identified by the World Health Organization (WHO) as priorities in the preconception period. These areas include healthy nutrition, weight management, physical activity, planned pregnancy and physical, mental and psychosocial health. They are also key factors in determining the overall health of the population, but in this case the emphasis is on their links with women's reproductive health and spontaneous conception. Furthermore, the theoretical part includes the issues of endocrine disruptors and gynaecological physiotherapy. In the practical part, the results of an anonymous questionnaire survey conducted in an online environment are presented.
