Martina Kyjevská Vedoucí práce: MUDr. Sylva Klimošová Název diplomové práce: Komplexní rehabilitace osob se získaným poškozením mozku formou denního stacionáře Kliniky rehabilitačního lékařství 1.LF UK a VFN Podnázev diplomové práce: Návrh protokolu programu a jeho srovnání s protokolem denního stacionáře Abstrakt diplomové práce: Tato teoretická práce přináší ucelený pohled na oblast ambulantních rehabilitačních programů u pacientů po získaném poškození mozku. Práce je zpracována formou literární rešerše a je rozdělena na teoretickou část a speciální část. Teoretická část práce se věnuje popsání problematiky získaného poškození mozku, neurorehabilitaci, procesu koordinace péče a ambulantní formě rehabilitace, včetně její efektivity, dostupnosti a limitů. Speciální část je zpracována formou literární rešerše (scoping review). Cílem speciální části práce je návrh protokolu programu primárně na základě zmapování dostupných literárních zdrojů a dále klinickém uvažování autorky práce. Dalším výstupem práce je porovnání reálného protokolu programu denního stacionáře KRL 1.LF UK a VFN a protokolu navrženého na základě rešerše. Hodnocené parametry byly indikace přijetí do programu, efektivní organizace programu, složení interdisciplinárního týmu, využívané metodiky,... Name, Surname: Bc. The thesis is prepared in the form of a literature search and is divided into a theoretical part and a special part. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the description of acquired brain injury, neurorehabilitation, care coordination process and outpatient form of rehabilitation, including its effectiveness, availability, and limitations. The special part is prepared in the form of a literature search (scoping review). The aim of the special part of the thesis is to design a program protocol primarily based on the mapping of available literature sources and the clinical reasoning of the author. Another output of the thesis was the comparison of the real protocol of the day hospital program of the KRL VFN and the protocol proposed based on the search.
