Úvod: Bolesti v oblasti kolenního kloubu se u florbalových hráčů často vyskytují v souvislosti s přetěžováním této oblasti. Tento stav je nazýván jako patelární tendinopatie a patří mezi zranění z přetížení. Výskyt patelární tendinopatie je v této studii zkoumán pomocí diagnostické sonografie u adolescentních florbalových hráčů. Cíl: Cílem této práce je zjistit výskyt patelární tendinopatie u florbalových hráčů s využitím diagnostické sonografie. Dále je zkoumán výskyt dalších patologií patelární šlachy, jako například ztluštění šlachy, porušení její kontinuity a výskyt hypoechogenit. Metodika: Zúčastnilo se 7 jedinců z florbalového klubu ACEMA Sparta Praha ve věku 13-16 let. Probandi poskytli své anamnestické údaje a vyplnili The Victorian Institute of Sport Assessment (VISA-) Patella (P) (VISA-P) dotazník. Následně skupina podstoupila sken patelární šlachy na diagnostické sonografii obou dolních končetin. Výsledky: Patelární tendinopatie byla zjištěna u 3 z celkového souboru 7 jedinců (42,86 %). Dále se vyskytovalo narušení kontinuity vláken šlachy 6x z celkových 14 ti případů (42,86 %), ztluštění patelární šlachy ve vzdálenosti 2 cm v porovnání s druhostrannou končetinou u 3 ze 7 (42,86 %). U 3 jedinců se vyskytlo onemocnění Osgood-Schlatter (42,86 %). Závěr: Tato studie potvrdila výskyt... Introduction: Knee pain is a common issue among floorball players, often associated with overuse of this area. This condition is known as patellar tendinopathy and belongs to overuse injuries. The occurrence of patellar tendinopathy is examined in this study using diagnostic sonography in adolescent floorball players. The main objective: The aim of this study is to determine the prevalence of patellar tendinopathy in floorball players using diagnostic sonography. Furthermore, the occurrence of other pathologies of the patellar tendon, such as tendon thickening, disruption of its continuity, and the presence of hypoechogenicity, is investigated. Methods: Seven individuals from the ACEMA Sparta Prague floorball club aged 13-16 participated in the study. Participants provided their medical history and completed The Victorian Institute of Sport Assessment (VISA-) Patella (P) (VISA-P) questionnaire. Subsequently, the group underwent patellar tendon scanning via diagnostic sonography of both lower extremities. Results: Patellar tendinopathy was detected in 3 out of the total of 7 individuals (42.86 %).
