Název: Kvantifikace tréninkového zatížení v hrách na malém prostoru a celém kluzišti v kategorii mladších žáků Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je porovnat četnost zkoumaných herních činností v hrách na malém prostoru a celém kluzišti při tréninku v kategorii mladších žáků. Metody: Využita byla metoda nepřímého pozorování, pořízení záznamu tréninků na videozáznam. Analyzoval jsem 16 tréninkových jednotek, kde jsem se konkrétně zaměřil na počet provedení herních činností jednotlivcem při hrách na malém prostoru a celém kluzišti. Studie proběhla v hokejovém klubu SC Kolín během sezóny 2023/2024 a doba trvání byla 5 týdnů. Zúčastnilo se ji 18 probandů s průměrným věkem 11 ± 0,42 roků. Pro srovnání jsem využil kvantitativní analýzu a procentuální vyjádření dat. Data jsem dále převedl na průměrný počet provedení jedním hráčem za minutu hry. Výsledky jsou zobrazeny pomocí tabulek a krabicových grafů. Výsledky: Ze získaných výsledků vychází z hlediska průměrného počtu střel, přihrávek a zachycených přihrávek jednotlivce za minutu hry nejlépe hra 3-3 v 1/3 hřiště s volným střelcem. Hráči při této hře dosahovali v průměru 0,91 střeleckých pokusů, 1,78 přihrávek a 0,18 zachycených přihrávek za minutu hry. Title: Quantification of training load in small area games and full ice game Objectives: The aim of this work is to compare the frequency of skills during small area games and full ice game in the training process at young school age. Methods: In the thesis was used a method of indirect observation. I recorded and analyzed 16 practices. I specifically focused on the number of individual game skills performed in small area games and full ice game. The study was conducted at the SC Kolín during the 2023/2024 season, involving 18 participants with an average age 11 ± 0,42. For comparison, I used quantitative analysis and percentage expression. Data are converted to the average number per minute. The results are presented by tables and box plots. Results: Research discovered that the most effective game in terms of individual game skills (shooting, passing, takeaway and pass interception) is 3-3 plus shooter. Players in this game achieved an average of 0,91 shot attempts, 1,78 passes and 0,18 intercepted passes per minute of game play. The small area game 3-3 with offside achieved the best result in takeaways, 0,31 average per minute of game play. The full ice game had the lowest average of the results in all observed parameters.
