Tereza atolová Bakalářská práce Abstrakt Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na právní a socioekonomické aspekty integrace etnických Němců v Rakousku v letech 1945-1955. Metodologie této práce spočívala v kompilaci dostupných sekundárních pramenů, včetně historických studií, akademických článků, knih a dokumentů týkajících se integrace etnických Němců v Rakousku v letech 1945-1955. Cílem práce je zodpovědět, jakým způsobem byla nuceně vysídlená skupina etnických Němců ze střední a východní Evropy integrovaná do právního systému Rakouska a jeho socioekonomické sféry. Etničtí Němci nebyli v prvních poválečných letech zahrnuti do mezinárodního práva a ochrany uprchlíků v ~ádné z organizací, které tuto problematiky řebily, a tak byla vebkerá integrace této skupiny ponechaná na rakouské vládě. Rakousko se vbak začalo identifikovat jako první oběť nacistického Německa, co~ zbavilo vládu právních a finančních závazků vůči nuceně vysídleným etnickým Němcům. Rakouská vláda se otázce integrace etnických Němců začala zabývat v roce 1950. Prvním impulsem bylo vytvoření poradního sboru pro otázky uprchlíků u Ministerstva vnitra v srpnu 1950. Prvotní dohody sboru poslou~ily jako základ ke zlepbení sociálních a ekonomických podmínek v ~ivotech etnických Němců. V socioekonomické sféře čelila skupina v prvních letech velké... The bachelor thesis focuses on the legal and socio-economic aspects of the integration of ethnic Germans in Austria during the years 1945-1955. The methodology of this work involved compiling available secondary sources, including historical studies, academic articles, books, and documents related to the integration of ethnic Germans in Austria during the aforementioned period. The thesis aims to answer how the displaced group of ethnic Germans from Central and Eastern Europe was integrated into Austria's legal system and its socio- economic sphere. Ethnic Germans were not included in international law and refugee protection in the early post-war years by any of the organizations addressing these issues, leaving all integration efforts to the Austrian government. However, Austria began to identify itself as the first victim of Nazi Germany, relieving the government of legal and financial obligations towards displaced ethnic Germans. The Austrian government began addressing the issue of integrating ethnic Germans in 1950. The first impulse was the establishment of an advisory board for refugee issues at the Ministry of the Interior in August 1950.
