Cílem této bakalářské práce je prozkoumat fenomén sociálního vyloučení v kontextu historické vojenské pevnosti Josefov, která nyní tvoří část města Jaroměř. Jedná se o kvalitativní případovou studii zkoumající projevy sociální exkluze a stigmatizace v této oblasti. K tomuto účelu je využito polostrukturovaných hloubkových rozhovorů s mladými obyvateli Josefova a zástupci jaroměřských institucí. Výsledky práce ukázaly, že sociální exkluze se projevuje především u romské části obyvatel. Stav budov v Josefově souvisí s teorií rozbitých oken, jejíž projevy podporují sociální vyloučení a teritoriální stigmatizaci. Bylo zjištěno, že mladí lidé žijící v Josefově mají smíšené pocity vůči svému bydlišti, kde se setkávají převážně s negativními reakcemi ze strany okolní společnosti. Stigma vyloučené lokality znemožňuje plnou integraci romských obyvatel do širšího sociálního rámce a prohlubuje spirálu sociální exkluze. V závěrečné části studie je zdůrazněna nutnost destigmatizace Josefova. Zjištění tak naznačují, že řešení problémů spojených se sociálním vyloučením vyžaduje komplexní přístup, který bude zohledňovat specifika konkrétní oblasti a požadovat změny v percepci sociálně vyloučených lokalit. Práce tak přispívá k širšímu pochopení sociální exkluze a bariér jejího řešení v rámci české společnosti na... The aim of this bachelor thesis is to explore the phenomenon of social exclusion in the context of the historical military fortress Josefov, now a part of the town of Jaroměř. It is a qualitative case study exploring the symptoms of social exclusion and stigmatization in this area. For this purpose, semi-structured in-depth interviews with young residents of Josefov and representatives of Jaroměř institutions are conducted. The results of the work showed that social exclusion is reflected mainly among the Roma part of population. The condition of buildings in Josefov is related to the theory of broken windows, whose effects promote social exclusion and territorial stigmatization. It has been found that young people living in Josefov have mixed feelings towards their place of residence, experiencing mostly negative reactions from the surrounding communities. The stigma of an excluded locality prevents the full integration of Roma residents into the broader social framework and reinforces the spiral of social exclusion. The final part of the study emphasises the need to destigmatise Josefov.
