Právní úprava včelařství na území ČR Abstrakt Práce je ve své hlavní podstatě zaměřená především na problematiku právní úpravy ve vztahu ke včelařství v současné České republice, ovšem ve svém rozsahu nahlíží na fenomén včelařství z mnohem širšího pohledu. V první řadě představuje problematiku včelařství jako takového a stávající situace tohoto oboru v České republice i jinde ve světě, věnuje se jeho dlouhému historickému vývoji a otázce právních vztahů v jeho souvislostech, přičemž opět zvláštní důraz klade na situaci v českých zemích v tomto ohledu. Včelařství, založené nejprvotněji na sběru produktů včely medonosné obecně v evropském případě, resp. posléze přímo na její domestikaci, zde má svou bohatou tradici - a už od středověku (a samozřejmě, v některých jiných částech světa od dob ještě starších) mohly být přinejmenším některé aspekty s ním související předmětem různých nařízení právní povahy. Práce tak mj. sleduje také kontinuitu (anebo vlastně diskontinuitu) takových právních kroků ve vztahu ke včelařství od prvních známých počátků až po současnost. To vše svým způsobem vytváří jistý předstupeň právě k otázce stávající právní úpravy v českém prostředí. Tu můžeme označit za značně roztříštěnou, i v prosté souvislosti s tím, kterak se včelařství a jeho činnost prolíná se širšími sférami lidské... Legal regulation of beekeeping in the territory of the Czech Republic Abstract The work is intent, in its main substance, on the problems of law arrangement which refers to the beekeeping in the actual Czech Republic; indeed, in its extent, it examines the phenomenon of beekeeping in a much broader sight. Primarily, it presents the problems of beekeeping as such and the actual situation of this field of activity in the Czech Republic and elsewhere in the world, it is dedicating to its long historical development and questions of the law relations in its context, and, at one, it particularly accentuates the situation in the Czech countries in such a respect again. The beekeeping, most primarily based on collection of products of the honey-bee generally in Europe's case, or afterwards directly on its domestication, has there a rich tradition - and as early as from the Middle Ages (and naturally, in some other parts of the world since the times even older), at least some relative aspects could be an object of the law nature's various regulations. Thus, the work, among others, also traces a continuity (or discontinuity as a matter of fact) of such law steps towards the beekeeping from the first known beginnings until the present times.
