Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat průběh a identifikovat charakteristiky personálních procesů získávání, výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců do trainee programů. Práce se nejdříve věnuje problematice talent managementu, konkrétně vymezení talentu a talent managementu, identifikaci talentů, stabilizaci a rozvoji talentů a trainee programům. Dále je věnována pozornost personálním procesům získávání, výběru, přijímání a adaptaci zaměstnanců a vzdělávání, rozvoji a řízení kariéry zaměstnanců. V rámci získávání zaměstnanců se práce věnuje i personálnímu marketingu, především cílům a významu personálního marketingu a značce zaměstnavatele. Následně je věnována pozornost specifikům personálních procesů získávání, výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců v rámci organizace trainee programů. Součástí diplomové práce je empirické šetření, jehož cílem byla analýza trainee programů ve vybraných velkých společnostech, se sídlem nebo pobočkou v Praze z hlediska získávání, výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců. Velké společnosti jsou pro potřeby této diplomové práce chápány jako společnosti s počtem 250 zaměstnanců a více na území České republiky. Provedeno bylo kvalitativní šetření formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Informanty empirického šetření byli koordinátoři trainee programů vybraných velkých společností, případně zaměstnanci... The aim of the thesis is to analyse the course and identify the characteristics of the personnel processes of recruitment, selection, and adaptation of employees to trainee programmes. First, the thesis focuses on talent management issues, specifically the definition of talent and talent management, talent identification, talent stabilization and development, and trainee programmes. Next, attention is given to the personnel processes of recruitment, selection, hiring and adaptation of employees and the training, development, and career management of employees. In the context of employee recruitment, the thesis also focuses on human resources marketing, particularly the objectives and importance of human resources marketing and employer branding. Subsequently, attention is given to the specifics of personnel processes of recruitment, selection, and adaptation of employees within the organization of trainee programmes. The thesis includes empirical research, the aim of which was to analyse trainee programmes in selected large companies with headquarters or branch in Prague in terms of recruitment, selection, and adaptation of employees.
