V této práci byly připravovány a studovány heterogenní nanomateriály zlato/oxid ni- obu. Byly otestovány možnosti přípravy těchto materiálů s dvěma různými architekturami oxidu niobu, a to tenkými naprašovanými vrstvami a nanočásticovými vrstvami nanáše- nými pomocí plynového agregačního zdroje nanočástic. Pro dosažení různých oxidových stavů Nb byly vrstvy i nanočástice žíhány za různých teplot. Výsledné nanomateriály byly následně dekorovány Au nanostrukturami. Byla úspěšně prokázána možnost využití takto připravovaných nanomateriálů pro SERS detekci a fotoindukovanou degradaci or- ganických látek. Bylo zjištěno, že nejvyšší SERS signál methylenové modři, vybrané jako modelový systém, je možné dosáhnout pro naprašované vrstvy ortorombického T-Nb2O5 dekorovaného Au, přičemž tento nanomateriál vykazuje i výraznou fotoaktivitu potřeb- nou pro degradaci methylenové modři. U nanočásticových vrstev Nb2O5 byla zjištěna jejich výrazně nižší SERS aktivita ve srovnání s tenkými vrstvami Nb2O5/Au, nicméně dosažené výsledky naznačují u těchto nanomateriálů vyšší efektivitu fotodegradace. 1 In this study, heterogeneous gold/niobium oxide nanomaterials were prepared and investigated. The possibilities of preparing these materials with two different niobium oxide architectures, namely thin sputtered layers and nanoparticle layers deposited using a gas aggregation source of nanoparticles, were tested. To achieve various oxide states of Nb, the thin Nb films and Nb nanoparticles were annealed at different temperatures. The resulting materials were subsequently decorated with Au nanostructures. The possibility of using such fabricated nanomaterials for SERS detection and photoinduced degradation of organic substances was successfully demonstrated. It was found that the highest SERS signal of methylene blue, which was chosen as a model system, can be achieved for sput- tered films of orthorhombic T-Nb2O5 decorated with Au, while this material also exhibits sufficient photoactivity required for methylene blue degradation. In the case of nanopar- ticle layers of Nb2O5/Au, significantly lower SERS activity was observed compared to thin layers of Nb2O5/Au. However, the results obtained indicate a higher efficiency of photodegradation for these nanomaterials. 1
