Právní úprava poskytování duchovní péče ve prospěch příslušníků policie, hasičského sboru a obětí trestných činů a katastrof Abstrakt Tato diplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou poskytování duchovní péče ve prospěch příslušníků policie, hasičského sboru a obětí trestných činů a katastrof. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat v současné době platné právní předpisy, smlouvy, jakož i další právní jednání a akty které upravují poskytování duchovní péče výše uvedeným skupinám a na základě srovnání s některými dalšími evropskými státy určit teoretické modely právní úpravy poskytování duchovní péče a možnosti jejich použití při zavádění duchovní služby v některých veřejných institucích České republiky. Právní úprava poskytování duchovní péče výše uvedeným skupinám je v České republice nedostatečná. Duchovní péče o příslušníky Hasičského sboru a oběti katastrof je zajišťována pouze externě na základě osobní angažovanosti některých duchovních a dalších subjektů náboženských společenství a právní úprava poskytování duchovní péče obětem trestných činů chybí úplně. Konkrétní kroky, formulované v závěru práce, které by mohla Česká republika nebo její orgány k zajištění dostatečné právní úpravy poskytování duchovní péče příslušníkům policie, hasičského sboru a obětem trestných činů a katastrof přijmout, je zejména uzavření... Legal regulation of the provision of spiritual care for the benefit of members of the police, fire brigades and victims od crime and disasters Abstract This thesis deals with the legal regulation of the provision of spiritual care for the benefit of members of the police and fire services and victims of crime and disasters. The aim of the thesis was to analyse the legislation, treaties, as well as other legal acts currently in force in the Czech Republic, which regulate the provision of spiritual care to the above mentioned groups and, based on a comparison with other European countries, to identify theoretical models of legal regulation of the provision of spiritual care and the possibilities of their application in the implementation of spiritual care in some public institutions of the Czech Republic. The legal regulation of the provision of spiritual care to the above-mentioned groups is insufficient in the Czech Republic. Spiritual care for members of the Fire Brigade and victims of disasters is provided only externally on the basis of the personal involvement of some clergy and other entities and any legal regulation of the provision of spiritual care to victims of crimes is lacking.
