Embryotransfer je posledním a klíčovým krokem in vitro fertilizace, kdy při správném provedení zákroku za příznivých podmínek vede k úspěšné implantaci embrya do dělohy a následnému narození zdravého potomka. Bakalářská práce se věnuje technice přenosu pomocí katetru a s ní spojeným možným komplikacím a hledá optimální čas pro provedení transferu. Dále práce diskutuje rozdíly ve formách embryotransferu. Rozebírá jejich výhody a rizika, srovnává jak selektivní transfer jednoho embrya a mnohočetný, tak i čerstvý embryotransfer a kryoembryotransfer. Představuje související téma samotné kryoprezervace a možnosti, které přináší v podobě uchování embryí pro budoucí využití. Práce se zabývá i hormonální stimulací a odezvou dělohy, konkrétně se věnuje roli gonadotropinů, steroidních hormonů, prostaglandinů i případnému pozitivnímu vlivu lidského růstového hormonu na optimalizaci úspěšných výsledků v rámci asistované reprodukce. Cílem práce je také představit možné komplikace spojené s embryotransferem v rané fázi těhotenství i komplikace, které mohou nastat před tím, než k samotné implantaci embrya vůbec dojde. V neposlední řadě je představena problematika embryotransferu ve spojitosti s řízeným chovem u konkrétních příkladů domestikovaných zvířat i ohrožených savčích druhů pro porovnání s technikami v... The embryo transfer represents the final and pivotal step of in vitro fertilization, which leads to a successful implantation of the embryo into the uterus and subsequent birth of a healthy offspring if executed correctly. This bachelor thesis focuses on the technique of transfer using a catheter and the potential complications associated with it, including the optimal timing for the procedure. Furthermore, differences in forms of embryo transfer are discussed, assessing advantages and risks, comparing single and multiple, as well as fresh and frozen embryo transfer. The thesis introduces the related topic of cryopreservation and the possibilities in terms of preserving embryos for future use. This thesis also covers hormonal stimulation and uterine response, addressing specifically the role of gonadotropins, steroid hormones, prostaglandins, and the potential positive influence of human growth hormone on optimizing successful outcomes in assisted reproduction. Additionally, possible complications associated with embryo transfer in the early stages of pregnancy, as well as complications that may arise before the actual embryo implantation occurs are covered.
