Východiska: Tato práce se věnuje zmapování podílu strachu a procedurální bolesti při očkování proti Covid- 19 u dětí ve věkovém rozmezí od 5 do 18 let. Cíle práce: Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat míru strachu a procedurální bolesti při očkování proti Covid - 19 a zjistit, které faktory je ovlivňují. Metodika: Sběr dat pro tuto bakalářskou práci probíhal v očkovacím centru FN Motol a Fakultní Thomayerovy nemocnice. Statistický soubor dat je shromážděn od 39 dětí splňující inklusivní a exklusivní kritéria. Dotazníkové šetření probíhalo formou osobního oslovení rodiče, jehož dítě se očkovalo proti Covid -19, získáním písemného informovaného souhlasu rodiče s poskytnutím informací, získáním ústního souhlasu dítěte a následným 5-10 minutovým společným pohovorem při pokládání otázek. Výsledky: Na základě statistického zpracování dat byla potvrzena statistická souvislost ve vnímané intenzitě bolesti při vpichu mezi dívkami a chlapci. Tyto rozdíly spočívají v tom, že u dívek je vidět větší rozptyl v odpovědích, tedy, že více rozlišují vnímanou bolest, zatímco chlapci uvádějí v zásadě stejnou intenzitu bolesti. Z analýzy hypotéz byla zjištěna i významná statistická závislost mezi mírou strachu před očkováním a počtem dávek, kdy s počtem obdržených dávek proti Covid-19 míra strachu klesá. Potvrzena byla... Premises: This thesis focuses on mapping the share of fear and procedural pain during Covid-19 vaccination of children aged 5 to 18 years. Objectives: The aim of the bachelor thesis was to map the extent of fear and procedural pain during Covid-19 vaccination and to determine which factors influence them. Methodology: Data collection for this bachelor thesis took place at the vaccination centre of the Motol University Hospital and Thomayer University Hospital. The statistical dataset was collected from 39 children meeting inclusion and exclusion criteria. The questionnaire survey was conducted personally by approaching the parent whose child was vaccinated against Covid -19, obtaining the parent's written informed consent to provide information, obtaining the child's verbal consent, and then conducting a 5-10 minute joint interview while asking questions. Results: Based on the statistical data processing, a statistical dependency was confirmed in the perceived intensity of pain during injection between girls and boys. The differences lie in the fact that girls show a greater dispersion in responses, meaning they distinguish the perceived pain more, while boys generally report the same intensity of pain.
