Předložená práce se zabývá stanovování koncentrace prachových částic uvolňovaných při provozu spalovacích kotlů. Přesnost těchto měření může být ovlivněna řadou faktorů. Jedním z hlavních faktorů je poměr mezi rychlostí plynu v odběrové sondě a rychlostí plynu v potrubí. Je-li tento poměr různý od 1 mluvíme o tzv. neizokinetickém odběru. ČSN pro dané kotle předepisuje mezní odchylky od této hodnoty. Pro automatické kotle na biomasu je dovolené rozmezí hodnot 0,70 až 1,50. Pro hodnoty v tomto rozsahu byly manuální gravimetrickou metodou stanoveny hmotnostní koncentrace prachových částic při spalování dřevních a slunečnicových pelet. Hmotnostní koncentrace byly následně přepočteny na relativní chybu měření vůči referenčním hodnotám za izokinetických podmínek. Pro dolní mezní odchylku byla stanovena relativní chyba měření až 22,9 %. V horní oblasti dochází k odchýlení od referenčních hodnot až o 39,7 %. V této oblasti nastává podhodnocení koncentrace prachových částic, bylo by tedy vhodné zvážit snížení horní hranice dovoleného izokinetického poměru v ČSN. The presented thesis deals with the determination of the concentration of dust particles released during the operation of combustion boilers. The accuracy of these measurements can be affected by a number of factors. One of the main factors is the ratio between the gas velocity in the sampling probe and the gas velocity in the pipe. If this ratio is different from 1, we speak of so-called anisokinetic sampling. The CSN standards for the boilers in question prescribe limits for deviations from this value. For automatic biomass boilers, an allowable range is from 0.70 to 1.50. For values within this range, the mass concentrations of dust particles during the combustion of wood and sunflower pellets were determined by manual gravimetric method. The mass concentrations were then converted to relative measurement errors compared to reference values under isokinetic conditions. For the lower limit deviation, a relative measurement error of up to 22.9 % was determined. In the upper range, deviations from the reference values are up to 39.7 %. In this range, an underestimation of the concentration of dust particles occurs; therefore, it would be advisable to consider lowering the upper limit of the permissible isokinetic ratio in the CSN.
