Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením ekonomické efektivnosti veřejného investičního projektu, konkrétně obnovy veřejného parku Božetěchův sad v Brně. Teoretická část práce definuje klíčové pojmy, popisuje fáze životního cyklu projektu, studii proveditelnosti a metody hodnocení veřejných projektů včetně analýzy nákladů a užitků. Praktická část se zaměřuje na konkrétní aspekty obnovy parku včetně popisu kontextu, definice cílů, identifikace projektu, finanční a ekonomické analýzy, identifikace a kvantifikace společenských dopadů, stanovení ekonomické efektivnosti a je ukončena analýzou citlivosti. This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the economic efficiency of a public investment project, specifically the renovation of the public park Božetěchův sad in Brno. The theoretical part of the thesis defines key concepts, describes the phases of the project lifecycle, contains feasibility study and considers methods for evaluating public projects, including cost-benefit analysis. The practical part focuses on specific aspects of park renovation, including context description, goal definition, project identification, financial and economic analysis, identification and quantification of socio–economic impacts, sensitivity analysis.
