Práce předkládá využití řídícího systému Sinumerik ONE při obrábění na obráběcím centru SLV EDU. Zahrnuje systémový rozbor řešené problematiky, návrh testovacího obrobku včetně vytvoření kompletní technické dokumentace, a návrh metod měření a hodnocení kvality obrobených povrchů. Materiálem obrobku je hliníková slitina EN-AW 2007. K obrábění byly použity nástroje z rychlořezné oceli. NC program byl zpracován v systému Sinumerik ONE. The thesis presents the use of the Sinumerik ONE control system in machining on the SLV EDU machining centre. It includes a systematic analysis of the problem, design of a test workpiece, including the creation of complete technical documentation, and proposition for measuring and evaluation of the quality of machined surfaces. The workpiece material is aluminium alloy EN-AW 2007. High speed steel tools were used for machining. The NC program was created in the Sinumerik ONE system.
