Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem vzduchotechnického systému pro funkční celek varny kuchyně v nemocničním stravovacím zařízení. Teoretická část je zaměřena na způsoby omezení úniku citelného a vázaného tepla od varných technologií do místnosti. Ve výpočtové části je řešen návrh teplovzdušného vytápění funkčního celku. Rovněž je řešena celková analýza objektu a rozdělení do jednotlivých funkčních celků, výpočet tepelné bilance funkčního celku, tlakové spády, průtoky vzduchů, návrh potrubní sítě a vzduchotechnické jednotky. Jsou uvedeny všechny prvky nutné pro správné fungování celého systému. This bachelor's thesis deals with the ventilation system for the functional unit of the kitchen in the hospital eating facility. The theoretical part is focused on methods of limiting the leakage of sensible and bound heat from cooking technologies into the room. In the calculation part, the design of hot air heating of the functional unit is solved. The overall analysis of the building and the division into individual functional units, the calculation of the heat balance of the functional unit, pressure drops, air flows, the design of the piping and the air handling unit are also solved. All elements necessary for the proper functioning of the entire system are listed.
