Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá testovaním odolnosti pôdnych agregátov pri zmene klimatických podmienok v klimatickej komore. Cieľom práce je analyzovať vplyv zmien teploty a vlhkosti na rozpad pôdnych agregátov v lokalitách s ťažkými pôdami. Pôdne vzorky boli odobrané na konci vegetačného obdobia, následne vhodne pripravené a testované v klimatickej komore laboratória Ústavu vodného hospodárstva krajiny (VHK). Výsledky ukázali, že holomráz negatívne ovplyvňuje pôdnu štruktúru a zintenzívňuje jej degradáciu. Na základe porovnania pôd s rôznymi hlavnými pôdnymi jednotkami práca zistila, že pôda s hlavnou pôdnou jednotkou 61 bola najnáchylnejšia na degradáciu počas holomrazu spomedzi troch skúmaných pôdnych vzoriek. This bachelor thesis deals with the testing of the resistance of soil aggregates under changing climatic conditions in a climate chamber. The aim of the work is to analyse the effect of temperature and moisture changes on the decomposition of soil aggregates on sites with heavy soils. Soil samples were collected at the end of the growing season, then prepared and tested in the climate chamber at the Institute of Land Water Management (VHK) laboratory. The results showed that blackfrost had a negative effect on soil structure and increased soil degradation. By comparing soils with different major soil units, the thesis found that the soil with major soil unit 61 was the most susceptible to degradation during blackfrost among the three soil samples studied.
