Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou súčasného stavu lisovacej linky a návrhom na jej optimalizáciu za použitia simulácie. Teoretická časť je zameraná na výrobné procesy a metódy štíhlej výroby. V analytickej časti je predstavený daný podnik. Nasleduje analýza súčasného stavu výrobnej linky. V návrhovej časti sú popísané varianty simulačných modelov súčasnej aj optimalizovanej podoby procesu a sú vyhodnotené prínosy navrhovaného riešenia. This bachelor thesis focuses on analyzing the current state of the press line and proposing its optimization using simulation. The theoretical part is dedicated to production processes and lean manufacturing methods. In the analytical part, the company in question is introduced. This is followed by an analysis of the current state of the production line. The design section describes variants of simulation models of both the current and optimized process forms and evaluates the benefits of the proposed solution.
