Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku možnosti výplaty podílů na zisku a záloh na podíly na zisku. Obsahem práce je také účtování a zdanění podílů na zisku a záloh na podíly na zisku z pohledu vyplácející společnosti. Práce je zaměřena na problematiku vyplácení podílů na zisku a záloh na podíly na zisku společností s ručením omezeným fyzickým a právnickým osobám, které jsou daňovými rezidenty České republiky. Zjištěné poznatky jsou aplikovány na komplexním příkladu. This thesis focuses on the issue of distributing profit shares and advances on profit shares. It also covers the accounting and taxation of profit shares and advances on profit shares from the perspective of the distributing company. The thesis is focused on the issue distributing profit shares and advances on profit shares by limited liability companies to both individuals and legal entities that are tax residents of the Czech Republic. The findings are applied to a comprehensive example.
