Předmětem bakalářské práce je novostavba bytového domu, který se nachází na východ od centra města Zlín, Příluky. Objekt má tři nadzemní podlaží a je částečně podsklepen. Je zastřešen plochou střechou. V podzemním podlaží jsou navrženy sklepní boxy k jednotlivým bytům a technické zázemí. V každém nadzemním podlaží se nacházejí dva byty. Vstup do objektu je ze západní strany odkud přichází přístupový chodník. Parkování pro osm aut je zajištěno uvnitř objektu. Vně objektu jsou umístěna dvě parkovací stání pro invalidy. Konstrukční systém objektu je stěnový z keramických bloků Porotherm. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce tvoří železobetonová deska. Stavba je založena na základové vodonepropustné železobetonové konstrukci. Obvodové stěny jsou kontaktně zatepleny systémem ETICS použitím fasádního polystyrenu tl. 200 mm. The subject of the bachelor‘s thesis is the new construction of an apartment building, which is located east of the city center of Zlín, Příluky. The building has three floors above ground and has a partial basement. It is covered with a flat roof. Cellar boxes for individual apartments and technical facilities are designed in the underground floor. There are two apartments on each upper floor. The entrance to the building is from the west side, from where the access walkway comes. Parking for eight cars is provided inside the building. There are two parking spaces for the disabled outside the building. The structural system of the building is a wall made of Porotherm ceramic blocks. The horizontal supporting structure consists of a reinforced concrete slab. The construction is based on a basic waterproof reinforced concrete structure. The perimeter walls are contact-insulated with the ETICS system using facade polystyrene with a thickness of 200 mm.
