Táto práca sa zaoberá využitím prebytočnej tlakovej enrgie vo vodovodných potrubiach a spôsobmi ako ňou produkovať elektrinu. V prvej časti sú zhrnuté všetky použitelné riešenia, to sú čerpadlová turbína, AXENT a STRAFLO turbína a turbína s protibežnými obežnými kolesami. Druhá časť je venovaná návrhu axiálnej turbíny pre špecifickú samosprávu mesta Ferlach v Rakúsku. Návrh je následne otestovaný pomocou zjednodušeného CFD výpočtu pomocou programu ANSYS fluent. Výsledky sú zhodnotené a ďalšie kroky na zlepšenie sú navrhnuté. This thesis deals with unutilised pressure in liquid transport pipelines and possibilities to convert them to electricity. The first part evaluates all the current solutions, that is Pump as turbine, AXENT or STRAFLO turbine and counter rotating turbine and summarizes their advantages and disadvantages. The second part of the work is dedicated to designing an axial turbine to a specific municipality of Ferlach in Austria. This turbine design is afterwards evaluated through a simplified CFD simulation using ANSYS fluent. The results are assessed and further design improvements are proposed.
