Bakalářská práce se zabývá optimalizací akvizičního procesu získání nového klienta v malé, startupové personální agentuře. V teoretické části jsou popisovány možná automatizační řešení, podnikový systém typu CRM a obchodní nástroj followup. V praktické části je popsána realizace možných řešení za pomocí individuálních nástrojů. Následně jejich porovnání a vyhodnocení nejvhodnějšího nástroje. Záměrem práce je optimalizovat proces pomocí automatizace s výsledkem získání více času pro obchodníky dané firmy ve prospěch jejich dalších obchodních agend. Práce poukazuje na možná řešení a pomáhá firmě s výběrem vhodného řešení. The bachelor thesis deals with the optimization of the acquisition process of a new client in a small, start-up recruitment agency. The theoretical part describes possible automation solutions, an enterprise CRM system and a business followup tool. The practical part describes the implementation of possible solutions using individual tools and subsequently, their comparison and evaluation of the most suitable tool. The intent of the thesis is to optimize the process by automation with the result of gaining more time for the salespeople of the company, so they can focus more time on other agendas. The thesis highlights the possible solutions and helps the company to select the appropriate solution.
