Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zlepšení stavu a na možnosti rozvoje nově otevřené linky práškové lakovny. Práce zkoumá problémy, které se v provozu vyskytují, analyzuje je a na tomto základě navrhuje opatření, která by vedla k lepšímu provozu linky a navýšila výrobu na lince. Na základě kapacitních propočtů se práce taktéž zaměřuje na možné potenciály navýšení výroby s ohledem do budoucna. Práce je standardně rozdělena do třech hlavních kapitol, a to na část s teoretickými východisky, na část analýzy současného stavu a na část s vlastními návrhy řešení. This thesis focuses on the improvement of the condition and the possibilities of development of the newly opened powder coating line. The thesis examines the problems encountered in the operation, analyzes them and on this basis proposes measures that would lead to better operation of the line and increase production on the line. On the basis of capacity calculations, the thesis also focuses on possible potentials for increasing production with a view to the future. The thesis is standardly divided into three main chapters, namely the theoretical background section, the analysis of the current situation section and the section with the actual solution proposals.
