Predmetom tejto bakalárskej práce je vypracovanie projektovej dokumentácie pre realizáciu stavby bytového domu s takmer nulovou spotrebou energie. Medzi hlavné ciele tejto práce patrí navrhnutie dispozičného, konštrukčného a materiálového riešenia. Objekt bytového domu je samostatne stojaca novostavba, ktorá má jedno podzemné podlažie s garážami. Celkovo objekt obsahuje šesť ateliérov a dvadsať bytových jednotiek. Štvrté nadzemné podlažie je čiastočne uskočené s prístupom na plochú pochôdzou strechu. Objekt je prestrešený dvoma plochými strechami a jednou sedlovou strechou so sklonom 20°. Novostavba sa nachádza v pomerne svahovitom teréne mestskej časti Kňažia, Dolný Kubín, na parcele KN-C 2110/10, čo umožnilo bezbariérový prístup do objektu z garáže a zároveň aj cez hlavný vchod nachádzajúci sa na medzipodlaží. Fasáda bytového domu je navrhnutá ako ETICS s omietkou bielej farby RAL 9016. V miestach lodžií a balkónov sa nachádza tehlový obklad a v mieste schodiska navrhnutá prevetrávaná fasáda s oplechovaním falcovaným plechom vo farbe RAL7016. Okná sú navrhnuté ako plastové, z exteriérovej strany vo farbe antracit RAL 7016 a z interiérovej strany v sivej farbe RAL 9006. Bytový dom je založený na železobetónovej základovej doske. Konštrukčný systém suterénu je kombinovaný s obvodovými železobetónovými stenami a vnútornými nosnými stĺpmi. V nadzemných podlažiach sa už jedná o priečny stenový systém, tvorený železobetónovými stenami. Konštrukcia sedlovej strechy je tvorená drevenými lepenými väzníkmi s plechovou strešnou krytinou. Táto bakalárska práca sa taktiež zaoberá posúdením objektu z hľadiska požiarnej bezpečnosti, tepelnej techniky, akustiky, preslnenia a denného osvetlenia The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the development of project documentation for the construction of a residential building with almost zero energy consumption. The main objectives of this work include the design of the layout, construction, and material solutions. The building of the apartment building is a detached new building, which has one underground floor with garages. In total the building contains 6 studios and 20 apartment units. The fourth floor is partially stepped with access to the flat roof. The building is roofed with two types of flat roofs and one gable roof with 20° pitch. The new building is located in a relatively sloping terrain of the urban area Kňažia, Dolný Kubín, on the plot KN-C 2110/10, which allowed barrier-free access to the building from the garage and at the same time and through the main entrance located on the landing. The facade of the apartment building is designed as ETICS with white RAL 9016 plaster. In the places of loggias and balconies there is a brick facing and in the place of the staircase proposed ventilated facade with cladding with corrugated metal in RAL7016. The windows are designed as plastic, on the exterior side in anthracite RAL 7016 and on the interior side in grey RAL 9006. The residential building is based on a reinforced concrete slab foundation. The basement construction system is combined with perimeter reinforced concrete walls and internal load-bearing columns. In the above-ground floors it is already a transverse wall system, formed by reinforced concrete walls. The construction of the gable roof is made of wooden glued trusses with metal roofing. This bachelor thesis also deals with the assessment of the building in terms of fire safety, thermal engineering, acoustics, glazing and day lighting.
