Bakalářská práce se zabývá zlepšením procesů na pracovišti konečné montáže v elektrotechnické společnosti ABB, která se zabývá výrobou přístrojových transformátorů. V první části práce jsou uvedeny metody a teoretické základy, které jsou v dalších částech práce využívány. V analytické části je nejprve představena společnost ABB a poté je analyzován proces výroby, následuje detailní analýza procesů na pracovišti konečné montáže. Návrhová část se zaměřuje na eliminaci plýtvání na pracovišti konečné montáže s využitím metod štíhlé výroby a Lean Six sigma. Cílem návrhů je omezit plýtvání a docílit tak úspor. The bachelor thesis deals with process improvement at the final assembly workplace of ABB, an electrical engineering company engaged in the production of instrument transformers. The first part of the thesis presents the methods and theoretical foundations that are used in the later parts of the thesis. In the analytical part, the company ABB is first introduced and then the production process is analysed, followed by a detailed analysis of the processes at the final assembly workplace. The design part focuses on the elimination of waste in the final assembly workplace using lean manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma methods. The aim of the proposals is to reduce waste and thus achieve savings.
