Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh technologie výroby zadaných součástí obráběním. Pro uvedení do dané problematiky se úvodní část práce věnuje popisu zadaných součástí, tedy jednoruční osy a matice, s důrazem na technologičnost konstrukce, varianty výroby a materiálu součástí. Po ní následuje rešeršní část, která je teoretickým podkladem pro část praktickou. Tato část práce je zaměřena na technologie obrábění – soustružení, frézování a vrtání, které budou pro výrobu zadaných součástí použity, dále se věnuje nástrojovým materiálům, zvolené povrchové úpravě a tepelnému zpracování. Hlavní částí práce je část praktická, ve které je navržen postup výroby daných součástí. Postup výroby je zaměřen na volbu vhodného polotovaru, obráběcího stroje, nástrojů, způsob, jakým budou součásti měřeny a kontrolovány, dále na vypracování technologického postupu výroby a vytvoření NC kódu v daném řídicím systému. V závěru práce je uvedeno technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení navrženého postupu. This thesis is focused on design of production technology of specified components by machining. To introduce the issue the introductory part of the work is devoted to the description of specified components, that is one-handed axis and metal nut, where emphasis is put on construction technology, options of production and components material. Introductory part is followed by the research part that is the theoretical basis for the practical part. This part of the work is focused on machining technologies – turning, milling and drilling that will be used for the production of specified components, then it deals with tool materials, the chosen surface conditioning and heat treatment. The main part of the thesis is a practical part in which the manufacturing process of the given components is proposed. The manufacturing process is focused on the choice of a suitable blank, machine tool, tools, the way in which the components will be measured and checked, then on the development of production technology and the creation of the NC code in the given control system. In conclusion of the work a technical and economic evaluation of the proposed process is presented.
