Tato práce se zabývá zhodnocením potenciálu rozvoje omezovacího plánu výroby fotovoltaických a větrných elektráren (FVE a VTE). Cílem práce je zanalyzovat možnosti začlenění různých druhů obnovitelných zdrojů energie do tohoto plánu, který má za úkol regulovat výrobu elektřiny z těchto zdrojů v mimořádných situacích. Práce popisuje stávající technické a legislativní možnosti omezování obnovitelných zdrojů využité v Omezovacím plánu, věnuje se povinnostem výrobců elektřiny a navrhuje doporučení pro další rozvoj omezovacího plánu OZE. This thesis deals with evaluation of the development potential of the Production restriction plan for PV and Wind power plant. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the possibilities of integrating various types of renewable energy sources into this plan, which aims to regulate electricity production from these sources in extraordinary situations. The thesis describes current technical and legislative possibilities for curtailing renewable sources used in the Production restriction plan, addresses the obligations of electricity producers, and proposes recommendations for further development of the Production restiction plan for renewable energy sources (RES).
