Bakalářská práce popisuje základní legislativní přehled územního plánování v České republice a poté se zaměřuje na rozbor a analýzu využíváni regulativu konkrétních obci. Práce vychází z poznatků o územním plánovaní a vlivu jeho nástrojů na kvalitu měst a krajiny. Práce je zaměřená na sestavení poznatků z územně plánovacích dokumentací a jejich možnostech regulace území. Práce analyzuje dvě města, Zlín a Brno, z pohledu toho, jak v obou městech fungují regulační nástroje, k čemu jejich využívání či nevyužívání vede. Cílem je porovnat přístupy k regulaci území a na názorném příkladu ukázat, jak to vypadá a jaké následky z toho plynou. The bachelor's thesis describes the basic legislative overview of spatial planning in the Czech Republic and then focuses on analysis and usage of the regulations of municipalities. The work is based on knowledge about spatial planning and the influence of its tools on the quality of cities and landscapes. The work is focused on the compilation of findings from spatial planning documentation and their possibilities for spatial regulation. The thesis analyzes two cities, Zlín and Brno, from the point of view of how the regulatory tools work in both cities, and what their use or non-use leads to. The goal is to compare the approaches to the regulation of the territory and to use an illustrative example to show what it looks like and what are the consequences.
