Tato práce řeší problém segmentace a klasifikace nečistot prachových filtrů v poskládaném opticky nedokonalém mikroskopické obraze. Zadaný problém byl vyřešen s využitím knihovny OpenCV pomocí klasických segmentačních metod. Vyhodnocení přesnosti segmentace bylo provedeno pomocí knihovny scikit-image. Bylo rovněž vytvořeno grafické uživatelské rozhraní, které usnadňuje proces segmentace a výběr částic pro prvkovou analýzu. Výsledky této práce umožňují efektivní vyhodnocení předmětů zachycených filtrem. This work focuses on a given segmentation problem that has been solved by the OpenCV library using classical segmentation methods. The evaluation of the segmentation accuracy was performed using the scikit-image library. An application with a graphical user interface was implemented, facilitating the interactive modification of the segmentation and the selection of detected particles for element analysis. The results of this work allow an efficient evaluation of the objects captured by the filter.
