Práce analyzuje rozvojovou plochu v okrajové části města Přerov. Hodnotí podmínky a zjišťuje limity možné výstavby bytových domů. Pro objekty je zpracováno napojení na dopravní i technickou infrastrukturu a práce se dále věnuje i dalším důležitým aspektům bytové výstavby. Výstupem jsou situační výkresy a technická zpráva dle podmínek pro vydání rozhodnutí o umístění stavby. Bachelor thesis analyses the development area on the outskirts of the city Přerov. The goal is to evaluate the posibble future construction of apartment blocks including the surrounding transport infrastructure and utilities necessery for proper functioning.The thesis also involves other important aspects of housing development. The outputs are site plans and technical report.
