Tato diplomová práce se zabývá různými přístupy k numerické simulaci montáže podvozkového celku skládajícího se z pryžového pouzdra, stabilizátorové trubky, svorky a přípravku, který zjednodušeně představuje rám vozidla. Cílem je porovnat jednotlivé numerické simulace a nalézt nejvhodnější metodiku tohoto procesu. První část práce se věnuje teorii zaměřené na problematiku nelinearit v metodě konečných prvků. Ta poskytuje důležité poznatky k tvorbě praktické části. Druhá část obsahuje postup návrhu a tvorby jednotlivých způsobů numerické simulace montáže podvozkových komponent. V poslední části práce je provedeno vyhodnocení výsledků dosažených z jednotlivých simulací, jejich vzájemné porovnání a verifikace vypočtených dat s reálným experimentem. Na základě získaných informací byla stanovena závěrečná doporučení. This diploma thesis deals with different approaches to the numerical simulation of the assembly of a chassis unit consisting of a rubber bushing, a stabilizer tube, a clamp and a fixture that simply represents the vehicle frame. The goal is to compare individual numerical simulations and find the most suitable methodology for this process. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theory focused on the issue of nonlinearities in the finite element method. It provides important knowledge for the creation of the practical part. The second part contains the procedure for the design and creation of individual methods of numerical simulation of the assembly of chassis components. In the last part of the work, the results obtained from the individual simulations are evaluated, their mutual comparison and verification of the calculated data with a real experiment is carried out. Final recommendations were established based on the information obtained.
