Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá aplikáciou moderných nástrojov projektového riadenia v stavebníctve, konkrétne využitím Building Information Modeling (BIM) a Spoločného dátového prostredia (CDE). Práca demonštruje, ako tieto nástroje môžu zlepšiť efektivitu, komunikáciu a kvalitu výstavby na príklade projektu administratívnej budovy Nordcity Obchodná v Žiline. Teoretická časť vysvetľuje základné pojmy a analyzuje aktuálne využívanie BIM a CDE. Praktická časť obsahuje prípadovú štúdiu, ktorá porovnáva tradičné riadenie projektu s implementáciou týchto nástrojov. Výsledky ukazujú, že BIM a CDE môžu významne prispieť k lepšiemu manažmentu času, nákladov a kvality projektu. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the application of modern project management tools in construction, specifically the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and the Common Data Environment (CDE). The thesis demonstrates how these tools can improve efficiency, communication, and construction quality using the example of the Nordcity Obchodná office building project in Žilina. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts and analyzes the current use of BIM and CDE. The practical part includes a case study comparing traditional project management with the implementation of these tools. The results show that BIM and CDE can significantly contribute to better time, cost, and quality management of the project.
