Práca je zameraná na vplyv vstupných parametrov tlače na výsledné mechanické vlastnosti výrobkov vyrobených technológiou FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling). Vzorky z materiálu PLA vyrobené pomocou robotického ramena KUKA KR8 R1620 podstúpili ťahovú skúšku, ich tvar bol navrhnutý tak aby zamedzil vplyvu nežiadúcich javov výroby na výsledky. Výsledky boli vyhodnotené a graficky znázornené. Z výsledkov vyplýva, že medzi-rastrové väzby silno oslabujú pevnosť súčasti, no mierne preplnenie výrobku materiálom pomáha utvoriť pevnejšie väzby vo výrobku. Maximálna pevnosť v ťahu bola nameraná na vzorke s najvyššími medzi-rastrovými vzdialenosťami a výškou vrstvy, s prítokom materiálu na 1,1násobku nominálnej hodnoty. Výsledky majú slúžiť ako referenčné hodnoty pre budúce skúmanie vlastností a správania výrobkov tlačených využitím trysiek s vyšším priemerom. Opisujú vplyv rastrovania výrobkov na výslednú pevnosť. This study focuses on the effects of printing parameters on mechanical properties of parts manufactured with FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling) technology. Specimens made from PLA material using the KUKA KR8 R1620 robotic arm underwent tensile test, their shape was designed so to prevent effects of negative phenomena on the results. The results were evaluated and graphically shown. The results show that inter-rastral bonds intensely weaken the parts strength, however a slight material overfill helps strengthen the bonds. The highest tensile strength was measured on specimens with the largest inter-rastral distance and layer hight, with 1,1 as the coefficient of material flow. The results of this study should serve as reference values for future research of properties and behaviours of parts printed using nozzles of larger diameter. They describe the impact of rasterizing products on the final strength.
