Oddělení kovového 3D výtisku od tiskové desky je klíčovým krokem u většiny metod metalického 3D tisku. Cílem autora je navrhnout přípravek – upínací mechanismus, který rozšiřuje funkcionalitu stávajících pásových pil na kov o možnost komfortního oddělování výtisků. V úvodu práce autor pojednává o metodách kovového 3D tisku. Dále je práce soustředěna na rozbor trhu v dané problematice a stručný popis existujících řešení světových/konkurenčních výrobců pásových pil. Následně je odůvodněn výběr konkrétní pásové pily a jsou stanoveny základní vlastnosti mechanismu. Podstatnou částí je návrh variant řešení a výběr varianty na základě multikriteriální analýzy. Dále autor rozebírá konstrukční řešení vybrané varianty s popisem dílčích detailů, kde klade důraz na dodržení stanovených podmínek a optimalizaci produktu. Separating of the metal 3D print from the print plate is a key step in most metal 3D printing methods. The author's goal is to design a device - a clamping mechanism that expands the functionality of existing band saws for metal by the possibility of comfortable separation of prints. In the beginning of the work, the author discusses the methods of metal 3D. Furthermore, the author focuses on the analysis of the market in the given issue and a brief description of the existing solutions of world/competing band saw manufacturers. Subsequently, the choice of a specific band saw is justified and the basic properties of the mechanism are determined. An essential part is the design of solution variants and the selection of a variant based on multi-criteria analysis. Furthermore, the author analyzes the design solution of the selected variant with a description of partial details, where he emphasizes compliance with the specified conditions and product optimization.
