Diplomová práce se věnuje hodnocení výkonnosti podniku, podnikajícího v automobilovém průmyslu, a návrhu rozvoje tohoto podniku. První část shrnuje cíle práce a použité metody a postupy. Druhá část obsahuje teoretický přehled, popisující základní pojmy, a metody použité v dalších částech práce. Třetí část se věnuje hodnocení podniku pomocí strategické a finanční analýzy v letech 2017-2022. V poslední části práce je představen návrh na rozvoj podniku v podobě hodnocení efektivnosti investice do nové výrobní haly. The diploma thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the performance of a company operating in the automotive industry and the proposal for the development of this company. The first part summarizes the objectives of the thesis and methods and procedures used. The second part contains a theoretical overview describing the basic concepts and methods used in other parts of the thesis. The third part is devoted to the evaluation of the enterprise using strategic and financial analysis in the years 2017-2022. The last part of the thesis presents a proposal for the development of the enterprise in the form of an evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment in a new production hall.
