Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace ve stupni provádění stavby. Navrhovaný bytový dům se nachází v Brně, v městské části Bystrc, okres Brno-město a je umístěn na parcele se svažitým terénem. Bytový dům je řešen jako samostatně stojící pětipodlažní objekt s plochou střechou. Jednotlivé podlaží jsou rozděleny následovně, jedno podzemní podlaží sloužící jako hromadná garáž s celkovým počtem 15 stání včetně jednoho pro osoby invalidní, zde se také nachází technické zázemí bytového domu, a to v podobě technické místnosti a místnosti vzduchotechniky. Dále se se objekt skládá ze čtyř nadzemních podlaží, první obsahuje 4 samostatné komerční prostory s vlastním hygienickým zázemím, ostatní každé nadzemní podlaží obsahuje 4 bytové jednotky včetně jednoho bytu přizpůsobeného pro vozíčkáře. V bytovém domě je navrženo celkově 12 bytových jednotek o různých dispozicích. Jednotlivá podlaží jsou propojená monolitickým schodištěm a lanovým výtahem bez strojovny. Konstrukčně je objekt řešen jako stěnový, v kombinaci monolitických stěn v podzemním podlaží a zdiva z keramických tvarovek v nadzemních podlažích. Navržen je kontaktní zateplovací systém ETICS. Stropy jsou monolitické ze železobetonu. Střecha je navržena jako plochá jednoplášťová se zátěžovým kamenivem. Objekt je založen na základové desce.
The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation in the stage of construction implementation. The proposed apartment building is located in Brno, in the urban area of Bystrc, district Brno-city and is located on a plot with sloping terrain. The residential building is designed as a detached five-storey building with a flat roof. The individual floors are divided as follows, one underground floor serving as a collective garage with a total of 15 parking spaces including one for disabled persons, there is also a technical background of the apartment building, in the form of a technical room and an air-conditioning room. Furthermore, the building consists of four floors, the first contains 4 separate commercial premises with its own sanitary facilities, the other each floor contains 4 residential units including one apartment adapted for wheelchair users. A total of 12 residential units of different layouts are proposed in the apartment building. The individual floors are connected by a monolithic staircase and a rope elevator without a machine room. The structure of the building is designed as a wall structure, combining monolithic walls in the underground floor and ceramic masonry in the above-ground floors. A contact insulation system ETICS is designed. The ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof is designed as a flat single-skin roof with ballasted aggregate. The building is based on a foundation slab.
