Tato bakalářská práce objasňuje souvislosti vztahu mezi postavením pánve a zátěže chodidel ve stoji u zdravých jedinců. Jednotlivé parametry pro hodnocení vztahu byly získány měřením pasivního a aktivního stoje na přístroji DIERS. V první části práce jsou popsány klíčové svalové skupiny a je provedena rešerše zaměřená na vliv chodidel na postavení pánve. V další části je uveden obecný popis jednotlivých systémů přístroje DIERS Formetric 4D a Pedogait. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu parametrů páteře, pánve a chodidel v rámci individuality jedince a následně na statistickou analýzu dat homogenní skupiny. Jako statisticky významné se ukázaly parametry torze pánve, úhel bederní lordózy, opěrná plocha, max. tlaková síla a tlak chodidel. This bachelor thesis explains the relationship between the position of the pelvis and the load on the feet in the standing position in healthy subjects. The individual parameters to assess the relationship were obtained by measurements of passive and active standing on the DIERS device. In the first part of the thesis, the key muscle groups are described and a research is conducted to study the influence of the feet on pelvic posture. In the next part of the thesis, a general description of the different systems of the DIERS device, the Formetric 4D and the Pedogait is given.The practical part focuses on the analysis of spine, pelvis and foot parameters within the individuality of the subject and then on the statistical analysis of the homogeneous group data. The parameters of pelvic torsion, lordotic angle, area of support, maximum force and foot pressure were found to be statistically significant.
