Diplomová práca rozoberá problematiku systému managementu kvality podľa požiadaviek normy ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016. Objektom aplikácie je Fakultná zlievareň VUT v Brne. Prvú časť práce tvorí teoretická rešerš. V tejto časti je priblížený historický vývoj riadenia kvality, súčasné prístupy k riadeniu kvality. Nasleduje rozbor normy ISO 9001 kde sú jednotlivé požiadavky definované a vysvetlené, aby následne v praktickej časti mohli byť aplikované. K problematike som pridal aj výsledky zo štúdií ohľadom motívu a následkov zavedenia systému managementu kvality podľa koncepcie ISO. Praktická časť je zameraná na rozbor súčasného stavu riadenia kvality vo fakultnej zlievarni a prípravou požiadaviek normy, aby neskôr mohla zlievareň získať certifikát systému managementu kvality. This paper examines the issue of the quality management system according to the requirements of the standard ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016. The object of application is the Faculty Foundry of Brno University of Technology. The first part of the thesis consists of theoretical research. The said part presents the historical development of quality management and current approaches to the quality management. This is followed by an analysis of the ISO 9001 standard where the individual requirements are defined and explained, so that they can be applied in the practical part. I have also added results from studies on the motives and consequences of implementing a quality management system according to the ISO concept. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the current state of quality management in the faculty foundry and the preparation of the standard requirements, so that later the foundry can obtain the quality management system certificate.
