Práce se věnuje návrhu podavače drátu pro TIG svařování, jeho pohonu a řídicí elektroniky, schopné reagovat na změny svařovacích parametrů. Nejprve byly porovnány různé druhy pohonů a zhodnocena jejich vhodnost pro pohon podavače z hlediska regulace, přesnosti, rychlosti a točivého momentu. Byl vybrán krokový motor s planetovou převodovkou. Poté byl navržen hřídelový adaptér, propojující převodovku s podávacím mechanismem. Na základě pevnostních výpočtů byly stanoveny požadavky na mechanické vlastnosti materiálu pro jeho výrobu. Bylo navrženo těleso adaptéru z hliníkové slitiny, ve kterém je uložen hřídelový adaptér a němuž jsou přimontovány ostatní části podávacího ústrojí. Také byla navržena řídicí elektronika podavače. Tato je rozdělena do několika obvodových desek, z nichž každá plní konkrétní funkci. Byl navržen obvod pro bezpečné měření svařovacího napětí, odolný proti vysokofrekvenčnímu zapalovacímu impulzu, obvod pro ochranu pohonu před zapalovacím impulzem a obvod pro detekci dotyku přídavného materiálu se svařencem. Rovněž byl navržen ovládací panel a hlavní řídicí jednotka podavače s mikrokontrolerem. This thesis describes the design of a wire feeder for TIG welding, its drive and control electronics, capable of reacting to changes in welding parameters. First, different types of drives were compared and their suitability for the wire feeder was evaluated with regard to their regulation, precision, speed and torque. A stepper motor with a planetary gearbox was selected. Then, a shaft adaptor has been designed, coupling the gearbox to the wire feed. Based on strength calculations were obtained the requirements for mechanical properties of material for its production. An adaptor body from an aluminum alloy has been created, housing the shaft adaptor and to which the gearbox and wire feed are mounted. Also, the control Electronics have been designed. The control system is split into several boards, each fulfilling a specific purpose. A circuit has been developed, capable of a safe measurement of arc voltage and able to withstand the high frequency ignition pulse. In addition, a circuit for protection of the drive against said pulses, circuit for detecting contact between the filler wire and the workpiece, main control board with a microcontroller and a control panel have also been designed.
