Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a návrhem řešení pro odstranění vad na vybraném zinkovém odlitku. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na popis jednotlivých typů zinkových slitin, jaké se v běžné praxi nejčastěji využívají. Následuje popis technologie vysokotlakého lití, a jaké typy technologií a konstrukcí strojů pro vysokotlaké lití se v provozu standartně využívají. Dále jsou popsané nejběžněji vyskytující se vady u vysokotlakého lití. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na analýzu vzniklé vady u vybraného vyráběného zinkového odlitku s určením, o jakou vadu se jedná. U odlitku je provedena nedestruktivní zkouška pro analýzu míry výskytu této vady s následnou analýzou pomocí numerické simulace, a provedením několika úprav pro snížení míry výskytu této vady. The master thesis deals with the analysis and design of a solution for removing defects on a selected zinc casting. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the description of individual types of zinc alloys, which are most often used in common practice. It is followed by a description of the technology of high-pressure casting and what types of technologies and machine designs for high-pressure casting are standardly used in operation. The most common defects in high-pressure die casting are also described. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the analysis of a defect in a selected manufactured zinc casting with the determination of which defect it is. A non-destructive test is carried out on the casting to analyse the rate of occurrence of this defect, followed by an analysis using numerical simulation, and making several modifications to reduce the rate of occurrence of this defect.
